Black Friday Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Sale Duration:
2. The sale begins November 18th and ends on December 6th at 11:59 PM PST.
3. Eligibility:
4. The sale applies only to photography services for sessions and wedding packages booked for 2025.
5. It does not apply to sessions or weddings already booked prior to the sale.
6. Discount Details:
7. $50 off all fully booked sessions (minimum $200) for 2025.
8. $150 off wedding packages booked (minimum $1000) for 2025.
9. Booking Requirements:
10. Clients must select a specific date and time at the time of booking.
11. The sale does not allow for "rain check" sessions where clients purchase a session to book later in 2025.
12. Retainer and Payment:
13. A nonrefundable $75 (+tax) retainer is required to secure the booking (retainer may be up to $500 for wedding packages)
14. The discount will be applied to the remaining balance due after the retainer is paid.
15. Rescheduling Policy:
16. Rescheduling is permitted but may incur additional fees.
17. First Come, First Served:
18. Bookings are first come, first served. Desired dates and times are subject to availability.
19. Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances Clause:
20. If inclement weather or unforeseen events prevent the session from taking place, the session will be rescheduled to the next available date in 2025 without loss of the discount.
21. Travel and Location Fees:
22. Travel fees may apply for sessions.
23. Any location fees, such as permits or studio rentals, are the responsibility of the client.
24. Session Details:
25. Sessions are for immediate family members only unless otherwise agreed.
26. Extended family sessions or groups larger than 6 may require additional fees.
27. Delivery of Photos:
28. Final edited photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks via an online gallery.
29. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
30. Discount Limitations:
31. Discounts apply to session fees only and do not include additional digital images, prints, or albums unless otherwise specified in the package.
32. Non-Transferable:
33. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be applied to sessions outside of 2025.
34. Photo Rights:
35. The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive a print release for personal use but may not alter or resell the photos without prior written permission.
36. Communication Expectations:
37. All bookings and correspondence during the sale must be finalized by December 6th. Unanswered inquiries do not extend the sale period.
38. Force Majeure:
39. In the event of a natural disaster, illness, or other circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, sessions may be rescheduled or retainer fees refunded at the photographer’s discretion.
